Do I have to sign a lease?

No, your rent is month-to-month and you will have the first right of refusal on the apartment of your choice until move-in. It is our belief that commitment is a free choice and can only be made based on trust built over time. This is why there are no buy-in fees, no leases and no hidden fees at Moran Vista—just a great place to live.

Are pets allowed?

Absolutely! Moran Vista is very pet-friendly. Your furry friends will smile when they see our new completely fenced dog park! And it’s so convenient for you to let them run and have fun right outside your home in a secure area. Complete with watering stations, waste disposal areas, and park benches. Both you and your pets will enjoy the serenity of the beautiful setting.

Are there set visiting hours? What if my friend or family member wants to spend the night?

You are more than welcome to have family member/friend spend a night in your apartment; we do however ask you let the staff know at least 3 days prior to the arrival of your overnight guest along with the length of stay cleared with the community administrator. We’d also be thrilled to have your company join us for a meal in our beautiful dining room, where upon presenting advance purchased meal tickets, they will be able to enjoy great food prepared freshly by Moran Vista’s chef.

How do I take care of my errands in town?

We will gladly drive you to your appointment or activity. There will be scheduled banking, shopping, medical, and other appointment days each week.

I am currently fully independent and look forward to fully living my life at one your beautiful apartments. But I can’t ignore the future; will Moran Vista be there for me as my needs change over time?

Yes. One of the many reasons for our recent expansion was to be able to offer a long-term environment for our residents; an environment that will allow for both maximum care, as well as the smoothest transition possible when the time comes. With our Day Programming, and all three units on site (Independent living, Assisted Living, and the Dementia/Alzheimer care unit), our intention is to make Moran Vista your home for as long as possible.

Can I eat when I want and what I want?

All of our one- and two-bedroom apartments come with fully equipped kitchenettes that include stoves with ovens, microwaves, and refrigerators. When you don’t feel like joining us for a delicious, chef-prepared meal, you can fix your own food and snacks just like you always have. Our beautifully appointed dining room offers over 40 menu items, and the restaurant is open from 7am-7pm, allowing you to eat whenever you want! Set your own schedule for your individual needs.

Can I park my car by the building and will it be safe?

You can safely park your vehicle free of charge in our well-lit and easily accessible parking lot.

What if I’m suddenly not feeling well or need quick help in my room?

All of our apartments are equipped with easily state-of-the-art emergency pull-cord system. They will be at multiple places in your room, and all you need to do is pull the cord and our highly competent round-the-clock staff will assist you.

How secure is your facility and do I have to sacrifice my autonomy in order to be safe?

All residents will receive a key for their apartments, naturally, but these keys can also be used for the front entrance. We lock the building at night to ensure everyone’s safety, but you are free to come and go as you please, just like you do in your home now.
